Refund policy
REFUNDS
We have a 14-day refund policy.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please email us on support@gentlmn.com within 14 days from receiving your order, to process your refund.
Items must be returned in the same condition they were shipped to you; brand new, in no way damaged, altered or repaired, without signs of use or wear, and complete with everything they were shipped with.
RETURNS
Following inspection, if the items are approved for return, we will process your refund within 48 hours, minus a return delivery fee of AED 25.
If the items are not approved for return, a refund will not be processed and your items will be sent back to you with a return delivery fee of AED 50 (two-way delivery).
In the event your items have a manufacturing defect or malfunction, we will refund you in full, if the same items are not in stock. If available, we will replace them for you free of charge. View our Warranty Policy.
Refunds will be credited to the debit / credit card used to place the order. Please note that refunds could take 10-14 business days to reflect back in your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
Cash on delivery payments will be refunded to your account in the form of store credits or a discount code with a validity of one year.
EXCHANGES
If you received an item as a gift and wish to exchange it, please follow our return policy and make sure to request an exchange within 14 days from the order date.
- If the items received comply with our return policy, we will process your exchange with a delivery fee of AED 50 (two-way delivery).
- If the items do not comply with our return policy, you will not be eligible for an exchange and they will be returned to you with a delivery fee of AED 50 (two-way delivery).
We do not offer reimbursements for items exchanged with others of lower value.
Note: Refunds, Returns and Exchanges apply only to orders within the UAE.
