Warranty Policy

 

We are authorized retailers for Artigiani Del Re, Boveda, Brizard & Co, Colibri, Davidoff, Fox Knives, Lotus, Project Carbon, Prometheus, Puro Prestige, S.T. Dupont and Xikar in the UAE.

All the products on our website are 100% authentic and come with either a one-year, two-year or lifetime manufacturer warranty.  

In the event a product purchased from GENTLMN stops functioning and is still under warranty, please follow the general guide below.

1. Notify us by email on support@gentlmn.com
2. Mention the issue and attach a picture of the product
3. If the product was a gift, please also mention the name of the person that purchased it 

We will then get back to you within 48 hours to pick up of the product. 

• If the mechanical failure is not a result of an accident or the use of low quality butane in lighters, then a replacement will be delivered free of charge.   
• If the mechanical failure is considered a result of an accident or from the use of low quality butane in lighters, then a replacement will not be issued and a return delivery fee of AED 50 will be charged. 

Please also note that all manufacturer warranties do NOT cover natural wear and tear or outer case finishes.
